He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Stunkle and Ida Lenora Stunkle (McDade); his wife Margaret Ann Stunkle (Lackey); and his son-in-law Jay Watson. He is survived by: his daughters, Alice M. Strickler (David) of Luray and Barbara Watson of Ranson; his grandchildren, Aaron Watson of Ranson, Adam Watson (Meghan) of Charles Town, Ethan Watson (Katelyn) of Ranson, Ian Strickler of Weymouth and Samantha Strickler of Luray, Virginia; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Liv and Maclaine Watson.
