He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Robert Sims and Phillis Mae Collins Sims. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Mae Rickard Sims; his children, Leslie Sims (Mike) of Shepherdstown, WV, Carrie Sims (Jason) of Martinsburg, WV and Jeff Sims (Rosey) of Inwood, WV; his grandchildren, Trenten, Tyler, Drake, Nayeli, Navin, Terrianne and Kayla; his sister Diane Sims Thornbury of Troy, Ohio; and his stepchildren, Tabitha, Megan and Rob.
