He is survived by: his wife Brenda Spicer (Powers); his children, James "Jimmy" Lewis (Cindy) of Summit Point, Jerry Lewis (Kim) of Leetown, Tammy Engle (Mike) of Bunker Hill and Shelli Mailhot (Kip) of North Carolina; and his siblings, Joann Gill, Sondra Layton, Ronald Spicer and Jimmy Spicer. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
