It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roxanne Stagner of Ranson, West Virginia, who passed away on March 19, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Melvin Mauck, Sr. and Rebecca Jane Davis Mauck; and her husband Allen Carter Stagner. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Wilson (Michael) of Harpers Ferry; her siblings, Charles "Melvin" Mauck, Jr. (Charlene) of Charles Town and Pamela Sue Whittington of Shenandoah Junction; her grandchildren, Kyle and John Wilson; and her great grandchild Charles Maverick.
