It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosalee (Carter) Talley (Ranson, West Virginia), born in Middleway, West Virginia, who passed away on April 10, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Christian D. Carter; her husband John Kenneth Talley; and her siblings, William, Russell, Robert Carter, Dorothy Hott and Jean Leatherman.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Julia "Kat" Penwell Hughes (Christopher); her great grandchildren, Annette and Fiona Hughes; her sisters, Anna Louise Moler, Betty, Gladys and Christine Carter; and her pet Cocoa. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
