He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Cluff and Leila Cluff. He is survived by: his children, Richard Cluff II of Ranson, WV, Leila Ryan Vass of North Carolina, Robert Cluff of Mesa and William Schearer of Cherry Hill; and his brother Keith Cluff of Eaton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
