He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Spangler and Rebecca Spangler; and his sister Sue Spangler Parton. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Pamela Howard (Ron), Barb Spangler and Scott Warner; his brothers, Chuck Spangler (Nadara), John Spangler (Mary Ann) and Allen Spangler (Maggie); his niece Kensei Besaw; and his great-niece Kiley Besaw. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer/Dementia Association.
