We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2022, at the age of 83, Joyce E. Dell in Ranson, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Franklin Putman and Ruth Putman; her son Glenn Carroll Dell; and her brother James Putman. She is survived by: her spouse Carroll Richard Dell; her children, Pamela Joyce Dell of Boise and Bruce Richard Dell (Kathy Blye) of West Virginia; her sister Jeannie Creech of Dallastown, PA; her grandsons, Dustin (Nikki Dell), Darren Dell of West Virginia and Jared (Kayla Campbell); and her great grandchildren, Alexa, Trey, Eli, Barrett and Caden.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Piney Creek Church of the Brethren.
