He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Seal Sr. and Irene Hostler Seal of Ranson, WV.. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lou Seal; his son John William Seal III; his sister Patsy McQuain (Cliff) of Ridgley, WV; his granddaughters, MaKinzee and MaKaylah; his nieces, Tatum and Carletta; and his nephew Christopher.
