We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2023, at the age of 95, James Watkins of Ranson, West Virginia, born in Port Huron, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert J. Watkins and Edna Vinzitti Watkins of Virginia; and his sisters, Joanie, Jeanie Watkins and Ellen Vaughan.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Adeline Southard Watkins; and his stepdaughter Ruth Henshaw Knill of Martinsburg.
He was a very generous and giving person and made many charitable contributions to organizations such as the Shriners and St. Jude's.
