He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kenneth Bushman and Karen Whisner Bushman. He is survived by: his daughters, Desiree Bushman and Lynette Baugh; and his brothers, Greg Bushman and Jerry Bushman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
