She was predeceased by: her daughters, Lara Hooe and Mera Hooe. She is survived by: her parents, Mack "Boss" Hooe of Ranson and Jandee DeHaven (Lipsic) of Martinsburg; her stepfather Denver DeHaven of Martinsburg; her sister Megan Kern (Rob) of Winchester, Virginia; her stepsister Kristin Brondos (Greg) of Winchester; and her niece Kadence Blaine.
