She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Moles Brown and Edna Louise Bagent; her son Shawn Turner; and her siblings, Calvin, David Brown, Debra Mays and Kimberly Brown.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard "Ricky" Turner, Jr. (Lisa) of Ranson and Thomas Breeden (Holly) of Martinsburg; and her siblings, Thomas M. Brown, Jr. (Kay) of Okinawa, Japan, Patty Madison of Martinsburg, Barbara Woodward of Ranson and Pamela Brown of Ranson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
