Rawls (Ranson, West Virginia), born in Strasburg, Virginia, who passed away on November 4, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin L. Rawls and Mae Rawls Skinner (Jewell); his wife Elva A. Rawls; his brother Gene Rawls; and his granddaughter Lisa Marie Kave.
He is survived by: his children, Tina M. Goff (Scott) of Kearneysville, Daniel Kave (Peggy) of Kearneysville, Norman Kave of Tennessee, Richard "Eddie" Kave (Diann) of Ranson and Thomas Kave (Christie) of Kearneysville; and his sisters, Judy Dawson of Myrtle Beach, Janet Austin of Winchester, Virginia and Debbie Workman of Charles Town. He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
