He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Preston Chapman and Mary Magdaline Davis Chapman; and his wife Shirley. He is survived by: his children, Susan Rudy (Alan) of Knoxville, MD and Floyd Stephen Chapman "Bucky" (Brenda) of Fox Glen; and his brothers, Louis of Charles Town, Robert of Charles Town and Ronnie Chapman of Charles Town. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
