She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl A. Rutherford and Pearl E. Whittington Shaffer; her husband Steven A. Harp; and her sister Dawn McKee. She is survived by: her son Gregory Harp (Stephanie) of Charles Town; her grandson Collin Harp; and her siblings, Sandra Coughlin of Charles Town and Nevin "Tim" Shaffer, Jr. (Terry Feagans).
