He is survived by: his wife Joann; his sons, Billy Viands (Becky) of Ranson and Kevin Viands (Raquel) of Charles Town; his grandchildren, Christopher, Shannon, Sierra, Kamryn, Jennifer and Samantha; and his sister Bonnie S.. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
