He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Sisk Sr. and Muzetta Puffinberger Sisk; his wife Nellie Sisk; and his daughter Doris Benfield. He is survived by: his daughter Deborah S. Johnson (Phil) of Summit Point; his grandchildren, Chris Magaha (Michelle) of Wake Forest, NC, Anne Miller (Will) of Shepherdstown, WV and Megan Wymer (Tad) of Leesburg, VA; his great grandchildren, Caitlin Magaha, Madison Magaha, Peyton Wymer and Ella Wymer; and his siblings, Betty Payne, Joyce Valeri and Allen Sisk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
