He is survived by: his brother Jerry Moreland (JoAnn) of Martinsburg; and his stepsiblings, Robert Simmons of Fredericksburg, David Hodges of Charlotte Hall, Maryland, Helen Gardner of Crownsville, Susan Gardner (Denny) of Denton and Sandy Mundy (Kenny) of Charlotte Hall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
