She is survived by: her significant other Wayne Puffenbarger; her brother Raymond Murphy; her children, Deborah Shalaby (Kenny), Benjamin Burrows (Pam), Katherine Cross (Herman) and Christina Burrows-Jacobs; and her grandchildren, Jessica Ott (TJ), Lindsi Shaffer, Jeremey Weddle (Alisha), Christopher Cain, Lacie Breeden (Paul), Stacey Moreland (Cody), Carol Jean "CJ" Boswell (Connor) and Mallory Jacobs. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
