She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Leon and Pearl Elizabeth Green Wenk; her husband Grover "Bud" Cleveland Kackley, Jr.; her son Neil W. Kackley; and her sisters, Margaret Price, Shirley Wheeler and Lillian Wenk.
She is survived by: her children, Jack R. Kackley (Sandra), Theresa A. Stewart (Charles Ray) and Jenny R. Kackley; her grandchildren, Heather Reed (Jacob), Chad Stewart (Isabelle), Breahna Kackley, De-Andre Kackley (Jade) and Blaine Munson (Cheyanne); her great grandchildren, Trenton, Kalib, Colton Reed, Lunah Munson, Ryan, Tyler Galipo, Jesse, Lyric and Sienna Kackley; her brother Arthur Wenk; and her daughter Sherry L. Wenk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
