He is survived by: his father Thomas Eugene Green, Sr. of Beverly Hills, FL; his pets, Pumpkin and Tigger; his wife Amanda Jane Pulver Green; his brother Thomas Green, Jr. (Suzanne) of Anchorage, AK; his father-in-law David Pulver; and his siblings-in-law, Trent, Brock Pulver of Leesburg, VA and Cynthia Hanner (Charlie) of Aldie, VA.
