He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Summers and Evelyn Llamarr Carr; and his sister Dana Carr Jones. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Bird Carr; his children, Marquis Farmer of Martinsburg, Steffon Silver of Martinsburg, Anthony "A. J." Carr, Jr. of Ranson and Taylor Carr of Ranson; his brothers, Mark Carr of Charles Town, Wendell Carr (Tara) of Martinsburg and Eric Carr of Ranson; and his granddaughter Kitana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
