He is survived by: his wife Kelly Lynn Ebersole Smith; his children, John Smith (Chrissy) of Hedgesville and Nicki Smith Anders (Shawn Conaughty) of Martinsburg; his siblings, Rodney Smith (Cynthia) of Doylestown and Barbara Ann Nieland (Bob) of Deltona; and his grandchildren, Ally, Caitlyn, Brigette, Sierra and Violet. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
