He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Lee "Prout" Webb and Doris Jean Webb (Johnson) of Ranger, WV.; and his brother-in-law Gregory Scott Stephenson of Ranger, WV.. He is survived by: his sons, James Webb of Huntington, WV and Matthew Webb (Missica) of Barboursville, WV; his sister Doris Lee Stephenson (Webb) of Ranger, WV; his grandchildren, Lilly, Violet, Dahlia, Brayden, Paisley and Elijah; and his uncle Craig. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and blessed friends.
