He was predeceased by: his parents, George Neace of Washington and Ida Mae Neace (Adkins); his wife Judith Elizabeth Neace; his siblings, Sherman Neace, Ritchard Neace, Elmer Neace, Jimmie Neace, Lester Neace, Harrison Neace and Ruby Pack; and his grandson Joseph Adkins.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Carter (Rick) of Flatwoods, KY, Edie Pack (Jerry) of Ranger, WV and Bill Deal (Amy) of Huntington, WV.; his brothers, Alvin Neace, Frankie D. Neace of Maryville, TN, Ray Neace of Ranger, WV, William Neace of Ranger, WV and David Neace of Midkiff, WV; his grandchildren, Sarah Nutter (Matt) of Flatwoods, KY and Ashley Spence (Shawn) of Branchland, WV.; and his great grandchildren, Kenzie, Aivah Spence, Landyn Adkins, Addie and Bo Nutter.
