He is survived by: his parents, Martin Belter and Patricia Belter (Weiland); his siblings, John of Baraboo, WI, Kenny Belter of Baraboo, WI, Mary Zirzow (Wally) and Lena Baker of Ranger, WV; his nieces, Rebecca Ruffin (Mark) of Smithfield, VA, June Wilson (Randy) of Branchland, WV and Jennifer Holland of Branchland, WV; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brandon Birchette, Jaydon, Ashdon, Landon Ruffin of Smithfield, VA, Abigail Wilson of Branchland, WV. and Brooklynn Turley of Branchland, WV.. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
