He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearly Jackson and Lucille Maynard Napier; and his brothers, Lonnie Jackson Napier and Alfred Lee Napier. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Lynn Keyser Napier of Ranger; his son Christopher Ray Napier of Ranger; his brothers, Rick Napier (Elizabeth) of Huntington, WV and Danny Napier of Huntington, WV; and his granddaughter Abigail Rae Napier.
