He is survived by: his son-in-law Jeremy Sperry; his granddaughter Keira; his wife Cynthia Watts; his children, Amanda Sperry (Jeremy), Patricia Ritchie (Timothy), Jason Lee Watts and Elbert Lee Watts Jr.; his siblings, Alice Bradley, Raymond Watts (Essie), Delbert Watts (Bessie), David Watts (Georgie) and John Watts; his grandchildren, Melanie Ritchie, Emma Watts, Oaklee Watts, Ethan Watts, Rylee Watts, TJ Ritchie, Eli Sperry, Braxton Sperry, Easton "Tadpole" Sperry, Sophia Ritchie, Conlee Watts, Penelope Sperry and Grayson Ritchie; his nephews, David Madden Jr. and Michael Paul Vance; and his siblings-in-law, Grace Watts, Roxie Pelfrey, Lisha Adams (Glenn), Lauretta Vance Robertson, Lee Vance Jr. (Vonda) and Charles Vance.
