He was predeceased by: his parents, Parker J. Maynard and Elva Nelson Maynard; his wife Sandra K. Bryant Maynard; and his brothers, Milton Maynard, Wandell Maynard, Donald Maynard, Robert "Bob" Maynard and Paul Maynard.
He is survived by: his son Robert Workman; his siblings, Thelma McCoy, Ona McCoy, Scotty Maynard and Frankie Maynard; and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Maynard and Sandra Maynard.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home, Inc. (220 Main St, Chapmanville, WV 25508).
