The memory of Bertha Toppings of Ranger, West Virginia, who passed away on March 24, 2025 at the age of 82, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleve Bryant and Vicie Grimmet Bryant; her husband William Toppings (Bill); her son David Wayne Toppings; her brothers, Nelson, Kenny and Frank Bryant; and her daughters-in-law, Lisa Toppings and Lorraine Toppings.
She is survived by: her children, William Odell Toppings, Richard Toppings (Tammy) and Delois Jean Toppings; and her siblings, Eldon Bryant, Hubert Bryant, Billy Bryant, Jesse Bryant, Opal Browning and Mary Pack. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Browning Cemetery.
