She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Darlene Shields Blevins; and her aunt Polly Nash. She is survived by: her father Arthur Blevins; her brother Arthur L. Blevins, Jr. of Helen, WV; and her children, Jessica, Amanda, Kelly and Ashley. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, many extended family and friends.
