Lively; his daughters, Beverly Burdette (Chris) and Debra Heaster; his grandchildren, Ashley Lively, Daniel Lively, Marcus Heaster and Matthew Heaster; his great grandchildren, Austin Heaster, Mattalynn Heaster and Mikayla Heaster; his great great grandchildren, Cole Heaster and Everleigh DiLorenzo; and his siblings, Pat Vaughan (Marvin), Polly Clevenger (Darrell) and Jerry Lively (Karen). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
