Blair, Jerry Blair, Kenneth Blair and Dean Blair; his grandchildren, Kaila Reid, Alicia Legg, Justin Vickers, Matthew Harless, Austin Blair, Haylee Blair, Lexi Blair, Mia Blair, Jeffery Proctor, Joseph Proctor, Josh Proctor and Mackenzie Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Ashlynn Legg, Addie Legg, Madi Legg, Cooper, Riley, Ronnie, Owen, Maci, Paul, John, Carter and Grayson.
