She was predeceased by: her husband George Edward "Buck" Smith; and her children, Sabrina and Steven. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Allen (Derrick) of Rainelle, David Smith (Phyllis) of Statesville, NC and Mark Smith (Rita) of Rupert; her siblings, Ginger Hunt, Gary Wayne Cales and Junior Cales; her grandchildren, Bryan Smith, Shavez Smith and Eric Allen; her great grandchildren, Cyrus Smith and Kysaac Allen; and her pets, Tiger and Snowball.
