She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Dixon and Hattie Dixon (Hamrick); her husband Basil Ray Martin; her daughters, Bonnie Hunter and Mary Redden; her granddaughter Crystal Redden; her great grandchild Sheldon Redden; and her siblings, Clayton Dixon, Geneva, Walker Dixon, Johnny Dixon and Charles Dixon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nola Craig of Alderson, Frankie Castle of Charmco, Julia Willey of Rupert, Hattie Redden of Beckley and Patty Groves (Lucky Martin) of Alderson; and her siblings, Paul Dixon (Naomi) of Chesapeake, Virginia, Raymond Dixon (Dorothy) of Chesapeake, Vira and Jayne Brickhouse of Ohio. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
