He is survived by: his wife Amanda Gipson; his children, Ariana Mitchem, Ikesha McMillion, Erin Duncan, Mackenzie Willoughby (Nick), Mia Duncan, Haley Gwinn, Olivia Gwinn and Jeremy Crookshanks; his grandson Julian Vanmeter; and his sisters, Annie Smith-Mitchem and Michelle Armstrong (David). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
