He is survived by: his son James A. Billings III (Crystal Grimmett); his siblings, Dennis Billings (Lena), Tammy Spurlock (Gary) and Rebecca Ensor (John); his aunt Pam Tolley (Stanley); and his granddaughters, Jessica and Leah Bazen.
