She was predeceased by: her parents, George Edward Sims and Dicie Lucinda Sanford Sims; her husband Paul Richard Boggs, Sr.; and her siblings, Clifford, Frankie, David Sims and Sylvia Barlow.
She is survived by: her children, Bobbi Boggs Patterson of Alpharetta, GA, Debra "Debbie" Boggs McClung-Bowles (Jerry) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Paul Boggs, Jr. (Donna); and her sister Shirley Jones (Steve) of Charleston. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
