He is survived by: his wife Cassie O'Brien (Shortridge); his children, Amanda Butcher (Brad) of Frankford and Tony O'Brien (Kim) of San Antonio, Texas; his siblings, Chuck O'Brien of Roanoke, Donnie O'Brien (Gina) of Gap Mills, Junior O'Brien (Janette) of Williamson and Brenda Honaker of Caldwell; and his grandchildren, Camden, Eli Butcher, Sylvie and Bryce O'Brien. He is also survived by extended family, and friends.
