He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Ennis and Bessie Ennis (Plumley); and his daughter Beverly Ennis. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ayers Ennis; his children, Douglas Ennis of Rainelle and Sandra Cox (Curtis) of Rainelle; his brothers, Russell Ennis of Meadow Bridge and Freddie Ennis (Betty) of Bellwood; and his grandchildren, Samantha Cox of Rainelle, Heather Cox of Ronceverte and Corey Cox (Kelsey) of Minford, Ohio. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
