It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Ray Ramsey (Rainelle, West Virginia), born in Winona, West Virginia, who passed away on January 10, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Ramsey and Vada Petry Ramsey; and his siblings, James V. Ramsey and Gladys Ramsey Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Harrietta Ramsey; his children, Michael S. Ramsey (Lara Elizabeth Ramsey) and Carmella Ramsey (Kenneth Vaughan); his sisters, Carolyn Bradshaw (Noah) and Kathy Ramsey; his sister-in-law Doreen Ramsey; and his grandchildren, Velvet Vaughan, Talia Vaughan, Gianna Vaughan and Benjamin Ramsey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
