He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Ferguson and Ola Ferguson (Patterson); his brothers, Houston, Jim and Bill Ferguson; and his pet Sally.
He is survived by: his wife Lvonne Ferguson (Dillon); his daughter Donna Chapman (Bryan) of Hilton Head; his grandchildren, Justin Chapman of Columbus, Jordan Chapman of Pittsburgh and Jenna Chapman of Arlington, Virginia; his brothers, Ralph Ferguson (Susan) of El Paso and Raymond Ferguson of Hazen, Arkansas; his close friends, Darrell "Cobb" and Wayne Church of Dawson; his sister-in-law Mary Ellison of Dawson; his niece Saundra Ellison; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aidan of Dawson and Izzy of Dawson; and his brother-in-law Jim Loshkreff (Diane) of The Villages, Florida. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
