He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wanda Fern Chapman (Milam) and Wanda Milam; his grandparents, Delbert Kinley and Mary Frances Chapman; his brother Richard Dane "Dicky" Milam; his wife Dianne Cordial-Milam; his granddaughter Katelyn Rogers of Rainelle; his daughter Lisa Morgan (Jason); his grandson Dylan Morgan of Ronceverte; his nephews, Ricky and Tony Milam of Virginia; and his close friend Lonnie Treadway of Rainelle.
