He was predeceased by: his father David Dean Fugate. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Lee Williams Fugate of Rainelle; and his sisters, Teresa Treadway (Steve) of Dawson and Crystal Fugate of Rainelle. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to defray the funeral expenses.
