He is survived by: his wife Loretta Lanham Rudd of Rainelle; his children, Clifford, Jr of Clifton Forge, VA and Christine Rudd of Tenn; his stepdaughters, Teresa Champe (Jim) of Zela and Tina Kulka (Jeff) of Huntington; his siblings, Vernon (Geri), Paul (Hattie), Roy (Karen), Johnny (Cindy), Martin (Gail), Mike (Robin), Janice Ewers (Bob), Doris Young, Becky Shaeffer (Bill), Mary Cogar, Martha Steven (Chuck) and Veronica Arnold (Bruce); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Aaron, Autumn and Leslie.
