He is survived by: his mother Lola Bird Addington of Nitro; his close friend Laura Forney; his sons, James Smailes of Jefferson City and Garrett Anderson of Janesville, Wisconsin; his sisters, Lola Burnett of Gulfport and Goldie Kraft (Patrick) of Footville, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Dallas, Kinsley and Maverick Anderson; and also Collin Smailes. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
