Lookout, Joyce Carr (Zack) of Rainelle, Harold Walters (Drema) of Winfield, WV and Scotti Walters of Rainelle; and his grandchildren, L. A., Lemuel, Brielle and Abbaney. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; extended family members and friends.
