He is survived by: his wife Brenda Horn; his brother Timothy Horn; his sister-in-law Connie Stumbo (Doug); his children, Ad Muncy (Mikayla), Josh Muncy (Whittani) and Brandi Mounts (Nathaniel); his grandson Cooper Muncy; his niece Brittany Boone (Michael); his nephew Timothy Horn Jr. (Reetta); his great-niece Kaylee Horn; his great-nephews, Isaiah Boone and Noah Horn; and his father-in-law Roger Scott (Betty). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
