He was predeceased by: his parents, Elda William and Emogene Gaye Cadle Mullins; and his brother Bobby Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Karen G. Hamilton Mullins of Racine; his daughter Stephanie Pacheco; his sisters, Patsy Cantley (Vergil Holstein), Faye Williams and Joyce Tallman (Milt); his grandchildren, Karyn and Christian Pacheco; and his great grandchild Cruz Pacheco. He is also survived by his family and friends.
